Shipping policy

By initiating a transaction with chrisxstone and shipping a goods, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of, and is subject to, chrisxstone’s User Agreement.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are taken directly from the shipper. Your rate is based upon the weight of your purchase and your shipping address.

Shipping Methods
Your order will normally be received within 7 – 14 business days; based on the transportation method you have chosen.However there are certain times during the year, mainly in December, where there may be delays. Please review the FedEx, UPS and each transportation company websites for further information on any delays that they may be experiencing. chrisxstone is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Order Confirmation Email
When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order, as well as an email when your order has been shipped. You may also obtain tracking information from logging on to My Account and clicking on "Track Your Package."

Shipping Restrictions
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials, items that could contribute to fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products (those in a pressurized can, e.g.: hairspray) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals have restricted status. Ground shipping is required on all such products. If your cart contains such items, you will be given the options to either continue with Ground Shipping or to remove the product(s) from your cart before checking out.

Shipping Terms and Risk of Loss
chrisxstone provides shipping labels for the shipment of goods. If a good is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you have not opted for insurance (as described in Section 3), chrisxstone assumes no liability for such loss or damage.
